"Besides the basic criteria that a social housing project must meet, the architecture of Arch-Team Studio must also make a unique statement by creating a perceived image and emotional value to support the residential aspect. The always conflicting aspect between practicality and emotionality becomes the design driver for this project. The goal Next is to mitigate the hot, hard, box-like nature of the residential building by creating green spaces interspersed with the water element to mitigate the temperatures to which the building is exposed".
